HOW TO FORWARD AN EMAIL.

(1). Select the whole of the email that you have received, including images.

(2). Place cursor over any portion of the selected text (but not over any image).

(3). Right click.

(4). Now left click on “copy”.

(5). Now the whole of the email, including images, is on your clipboard.

(6). Now exit this email and get to your inbox (by clicking the “back” button).

(7). Now left click on the “compose” icon.

(8). Now place cursor in the place where the email text is meant to go.

(9). Right click.

(10). Now left click on “paste”.

(11). You will find that the whole of the email, including images, will now be in the box, ready for sending.

(12). Now in the recipient’s box type in the email address of the proposed recipient.

(13). Now place the cursor at the very top of the email text, and use the Return key (or Enter key) to move the text of the email down a couple of lines, to give you space to type a brief message.

(14). Now, in the space that you have created, type a brief note to your proposed recipient, eg:- “Hello (name of recipient), I received this email, and decided to forward it to you. All the best, (your own name)     

(15). Now left click on “send”.

(16). The original email is still on your clipboard. You can simply repeat the above process as many times as you like, changing the recipient each time, and forwarding the email to as many people as you like.
